Step 1:
Open Outlook-Express
(you can be on or offline) then select TOOLS on the menu bar.
Now select ACCOUNTS.
*: Your computer may keep telling you there is an error connecting, wait
for it to tell you this, then click "Hide" on the window. |

Step 2:
Click the "Mail"
tab, then select the account labeled "mail.monriver.com" by
double clicking the name OR highlight the account and click PROPERTIES.
* The account may be named monriver.com or email...if there is only one
account, select it. |

If you are using Nortons antivirus, skip this step and
go to the next step.
Step 3: Change the Incoming mail (POP3) to read
pop3.monriver.com
Click OK, then close Outlook-Express and reopen it.
You are done
and you will be able to receive your mail now. |

Nortons Antivirus, use this procedure. Step 3
Under Account name, change the mail.monriver.com to read
pop3.monriver.com
Be careful: when you are done, the account name has to read
"user/pop3.monriver.com" without the quotes and your
username where the word user is.
Click ok, then close, then exit outlook and reopen it. |
